I am a mama, performing songwriter, writer and coach. Urban Mamasong is a space where I share insights, joys and challenges about balancing my life as an artist, mama and wife. It is also a space where I share resources and insights from other mamas from around the world.
I am committed to my family, creativity, and being a part of the co-creation of spaces where "mama's work" both at home and elsewhere is valued.
